Service Description

Only Engagement & Member Growth does not get a community to thrive. While they are important, the idea is to have a holistic plan in place and then experiment along the way. We will go through the Community Canvas framework to understand the community, identify the gaps, figure out the challenge, & then strategize to transform & grow the community. The challenges of the Idea Stage, Growth Stage, & Matured community are different. After the first session, we will have the comprehensive plan outlined.
