It starts with No Agenda conversation to understand the challenges in the business and how can community be integrated in the growth plan. We utilise the 4 KYC framework, Know Your Company, Know Your Customer, Know Your Competitor, & Know Your Community framework to identify, experiment, & integrate community as a Business Strategy for Growth. Depending on the first conversation, it can be a retainer project or full fledged consulting assignment with deep involvement of the client to mutually chart a growth path. We will go through the Community Canvas framework to understand the community, identify the gaps, figure out the challenge, & then strategize to transform & grow the community. The challenges of the Idea Stage, Growth Stage, & Matured community are different. After the first session, we will have the comprehensive plan outlined.
